RULE: Do not create accounts with false names or information. This includes creating accounts with the intention to deceive or evade certain rules.

WHY: Preserving authenticity helps maintain the community's integrity and ensures the relevance of information.

4.3 Posting Inappropriate Things

RULE: It is important to share content that aligns with decency standards. Please do not share or post offensive, indecent, inappropriate material or spam.

WHY: This rule exists to create a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected, as well as to prevent overwhelming users with too much information.

4.4 Harassment or Bullying

RULE: Hostile behavior is not allowed. This includes threats, insults, discrimination, or any other form of aggressive behavior, along with sharing someone else’s personal information.

WHY: Rules are established to promote a secure and enjoyable user interaction. By restricting the sharing of other's personal information, it aims to uphold privacy and safety for all platform users.

RULE: Please use the application for its intended purpose of supporting the productive coaching process and refrain from abusing it. This includes intentionally disrupting, damaging, or misusing the system.

1. By clicking on the "Sign Up" button a registration form will open where you will enter your personal information.

Register

Choose between registering as a 'Company' or 'Individual' depending on whether you will be booking coaches for yourself (as an individual) or on behalf of your company (as a legal entity).

• Opt for the 'Company' selection if your company will be booking coaches for you, or if you are representing your company as an HR manager who will communicate with coaches regarding employees. In this case, basic information about the company is required.

• Registration for the application is completely free!

• No credit card information is required during registration.

• When you wish to schedule a session, you can purchase a sufficient amount of credits and begin booking appointments.

• The money is transferred to the coach's account only after a successfully completed session.

• If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to our support team, and they will promptly address and resolve the issue for you.

• More information about this can be found in the user manual section after sign up.

Upon successful registration, our intuitive menu will guide you through a few simple steps:

Upload your photo (The image should not be larger than 2 MB. If you currently don’t have one, skip this step. You can upload it later).

2. Choose whether you are a 'Coach' or a 'Coachee'.

This step is important. Choose the right options based on the following information:

'Coach' can provide coaching services and schedule sessions with other coaches.
• 'Coachee' can only schedule sessions with coaches.

If you have chosen 'Coachee' option, congratulations! You have successfully created an account. Now you are on the listing page, where you can search for coaches using the filter option. Further steps can be found in our simple user manual, available in the drop-down menu in the page header.

3. Select the type of coaching you will provide (business, life, or both types). You can find more information at the top of the page.

4. Choose the types of business or life coaching you will offer (leadership, sales & marketing, mentoring, career, health & wellness, or relationship coaching).

5. Pick your working hours. Select the days you work, and then decide between fixed working hours or the option to be available all day on the selected days. Don't worry, sessions are booked only after your acceptance, so if you are unable to hold one, simply decline.
